Salvatore is the visionary founder of OMC and OMC Hairworld, having created the organization’s global structure, educational programs, jury seminars, and World Championships. He built OMC from just three competition categories to today’s comprehensive program of over 30 categories in Hair, Aesthetics, and Nails. Salvatore began his professional career at the age of 12 in Sicily. He has won multiple national and international competitions, including both Individual and Team World Cups. His lifelong passion for the profession and dedication to the organization have brought OMC and OMC Hairworld to their current global standing, with over 60 affiliated countries worldwide—and still growing.
Gianni Fodera

The world’s largest Hair & Beauty organization and producer of OMC Hairworld, presenting the OMC World Championships of Hair & Beauty annually in Paris. Gianni is a dynamic personality and a bold business leader at both national and global levels. He currently serves as President of the ACA – American Cosmetology Association, an OMC-affiliated member from the USA. Gianni works at the prestigious Salon Fodera, located in the acclaimed 5-star St. Regis Hotel on Fifth Avenue in New York City. He has won multiple national and international championships, including the prestigious OMC Team World Cup.
Vincent Fodera

Vincent has built OMC and OMC Hairworld’s global social media presence by connecting with OMC member-country organizations through Instagram and Facebook. His role is essential in engaging and inspiring the next generation of hair & beauty professionals worldwide, while expanding visibility for events, education, and OMC’s international community. Vincent manages Salon Fodera, an exclusive salon located in the 5-star St. Regis Hotel in New York City, with pride, professionalism, and daily leadership.
Carmelo Gugliotti

OMC is the largest world organization of hair and beauty in the world with over 60 affiliated member countries organizations in his position he directs the world championship of Hair & Beauty at OMC HAIRWORLD Paris as well as presents OMC Jury seminars. Mr. Gugliotti has been awarded many international awards “The 2023 OMC Lifetime Achievement Award” OMC Hall of Fame and the NCA Hall of Renown. He is the current ACA America Vice President, as well the owner of a prominent International Cosmetology Institute and multiple salons In Connecticut USA.
Raphael Perrier

He is an exceptional hairdresser known worldwide for his creative collections, shows, and technical skills. He has established the Raphael Perrier International Academy, where he showcases his teaching methods globally. Raphael has earned numerous national and international championships, including the OMC WORLD CHAMPION in Paris.

He is an internationally acclaimed Hair Fashion Designer who is passionate about all aspects of his profession. Currently, he serves as the President of the OMC American Zone and holds the position of Ladies General Director at OMC Hairworld. OMC is the largest Hair and Beauty organization globally.

IRINA is the Co-founder of the OMC PRESTIGE CLUB. Annually together with the OMC Prestige Club Artistic Team their create the Fall / Winter Collections for all OMC members worldwide. Currently she is the President of the OMC Eastern Europe Zone as well as one of the prominent OMC international Educator and owner on multiple Salons.
